Sizes cartridges while it is being crimped so every round will positively chamber freely w/factory-like dependability. Adjusting screw quickly, easily sets desired amount of crimp. Revolver dies roll crimp w/no limit as to the amount. Perfect taper crimp is applied to auto-loader round. Crimper cannot be misadjusted to make a case mouth too small to properly head-space.
